Job Responsibility
The incumbent in this role is tasked with reviewing videos depicting stowing activities at a fulfillment center. Their responsibility involves comprehending the video content thoroughly and utilizing human judgment in tandem with available tools and resources to accurately label the actions presented in the video. This task primarily entails validating and marking the precise location of products using a designated tool while upholding the utmost level of precision. This procedural undertaking significantly contributes to upholding the stow quality within the fulfillment center. It’s essential to note that this role is operational in nature. Operating under general supervision, the Associate is entrusted with executing meticulous and comprehensive annotations of videos and images, achieving a notable degree of accuracy and consistency.
The candidate is required to showcase the following competencies:
- Adherence to deadlines
- Positive attitude toward constructive feedback and resilience
- Consistent and timely task execution
- Capacity to perform prolonged video annotation tasks
- Proficiency in collaborating with remote teams, exhibiting strong teamwork
- Capability to work flexible hours within a 24X7 work environment with rotational shifts. Each shift, spanning 9 hours, includes breaks. Shift schedules may vary on a quarterly basis or as dictated by business needs. Night shift allowances, as per Amazon’s relevant work policy, will be provided if the associate is engaged in night shifts.
- Rotational two-consecutive day offs (The workweek comprises 5 days with 2 consecutive days off, not necessarily falling on Saturday and Sunday) or as directed by business requirements.
- It is mandatory to be present in Bangalore for onboarding.
- The GO-AI team plays a crucial role in supporting Amazon Fulfillment facilities by facilitating hands-free active stowing through the annotation of visual content. For operational purposes, these videos necessitate meticulous review and annotation, leveraging the expertise of human judgment. This process is integral to upholding stow quality within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- A degree in any field of study.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- 0 – 24 months of experience in any domain, demonstrating strong logical reasoning skills.
- An academic background outside of Engineering.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Profound listening skills.
- Exceptional data accuracy skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Demonstrable familiarity with the Internet and adeptness in setting up and using laptops or desktops, along with a fundamental understanding of the tools and applications necessary within a day-to-day work environment.
