Roles and Responsibilities:
Virtual Technical Support (VTS) is a work from home model for India that deals with devices and digital content. The D2 VTS associates are required to work from a location approved by Amazon, ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity and a work-like environment. The job responsibilities include handling customer queries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring quality customer service.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- Action-oriented, self-disciplined, and organized
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and comprehension skills to interact with both internal and external customers
- Good composition skills to compose accurate written responses
- Familiarity with computer systems, Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Typing skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and task-driven individual who can operate with minimal support
- Experience in customer service environment for at least 6 months
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and work-like environment during working hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
- Conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Ownership to resolve challenging customer issues
- Effective problem-solving skills including decision making and time management
- Ability to approach problems logically and rationally
- Action-oriented and self-disciplined
- Ability to prioritize work time to meet business needs
- Minimum qualification of 10+2 or any graduate
