Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal business clients/end users and translate functional requirements into technical solutions together with the Support Delivery team.
• Develop the strategy and roadmap for a respective business area. Prepare together with the business partner the proposed projects and evolutions and assist on business case creation.
• End-to-end responsible for the functional scope of the entire application’s domain. This means that the IT application manager will oversee all the evolutions in the global procurement application landscape.
• The IT contact for the business including acting as a SPOC for cross-functional projects.
• Coordination of the IT delivery of a project, supervise the delivery of critical projects/changes/incidents and ensure that these are in time and with the expected quality. Organize the project hand over to operations
• Apply best practices and standard solutions supporting standardization of processes and industrialization of deployments while keeping custom & local solutions to a minimum.
• Ensure that Atos IT internal processes are followed.
• Encourage continuous improvements regarding application operation, quality, performance, and availability by implementing technical and/or business process changes.
• Review/Release documentation if required.
• Coordinate the implementation of changes in the respective area according to the release management process.
• Help troubleshooting where required.
