Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be a Science or Engineering graduate. The job responsibilities will include Requirement Analysis, Efficient Task Execution, Documentation, Participation in Calls/Status Reporting, and Learning/Training.
The candidate should be able to understand the functional aspects of the clients’ requirements and raise any clarifications or concerns to the lead on time.
They must adhere to schedules/timelines, maintain effective working relationships with team members and supervisors, and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Participation in project and organization initiatives is required, and appropriate classification and prioritization of tasks are necessary.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
The candidate must also assist in creating documentations about client-specific applications and create application-specific reports, such as SLA KPI reports and performance aspects.
They should participate in daily standup calls and weekly calls, and participate in the creation of weekly and monthly reports to clients.
The candidate should have a desire for learning and training to understand the quality processes and practices followed in the project from different sources.
They should go through project-specific documents and boot camps to learn about client application suites, technology stacks used in the client environment, and client-specific processes and tools, such as Quality Center and JIRA.
Completing domain/technical/project relation training and certifications is also necessary. The candidate must have skills in Salesforce Customization and Configuration.
The position requires a full-time employee with a day job shift and no travel.
