Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional IT Service Desk support, offering guidance and training to end-users regarding various IT devices, applications, or processes.
- Prompt recording, updating, and escalation of support issues to the appropriate level.
- Support for all IT onboarding activities for end-users.
- Collaboration with internal IT teams for system testing, integration, and maintenance purposes.
- Exploration and evaluation of new IT business tools to aid our business users and the internal IT Team.
- Identification, suggestion, evaluation, and implementation of process and technology enhancements.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and expand expertise in other IT business domains.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to function effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Robust troubleshooting abilities, adept at identifying and resolving bugs.
- Capability to work autonomously within a diverse global team.
- Proficiency in IT software and hardware troubleshooting (Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft Environment).
- Embrace individuality, openness, hunger for growth, humility, collaboration, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- ITIL foundation certification is a plus, along with flexibility and readiness to work in a rotational 24*7 shift pattern.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (07:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST) is essential, with flexibility for shift adjustments as per client demands, including overtime and weekend commitments based on business requirements.
