Roles and Responsibilities:

Actively monitor all social media handles and platforms manually as well as using related software wherever required

Promptly flag negative tweets, posts, videos, comments and put them on record
-
Effectively identifying and utilising social listening tools for response management
-
Sharing the brand posts, tweets, posts, comments on real-time basis with the respective managers
-
Help in preparing and sharing reports depicting an overview of the brands sentiment, reports quantifying the tonality towards the brand
-
Collecting, collating, identifying trends on social media and sharing insights through analysis of incoming audiences comments on a real time basis
-
Helping in gathering data for preparing presentation reports for weekly monthly reports
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:

Graduate

Knowledge of Digital Media / SEO will be added honours
-
0-2 years of work experience with a brand, digital / social / PR / media agency
-
Professional-level proficiency in English, excellent written oral communication, MS-Excel skills
-
Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Digital Media and Online Reputation management is a must
-
Knowledge of social media/digital listening tool Sprinklr
-
Must be informed and active follower of social and digital space trends and activity and possess a keen eye for detail.
