Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facility management, cafeteria management.
- Vendor management, hospitality, annual maintenance contract management.
- Finance and budget management.
- Procurement.
- Dealing with statutory bodies and compliance management.
- Passion for pursuing an administrative profession with eagerness to learn, adapt, innovate, and progress in the career ladder.
- Ability to proactively and independently seek solutions for day-to-day operational requirements.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated to cater to the needs of end customers.

- Continuous enhancement of administrative skills to prepare for higher responsibilities.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- Qualification: Candidates must hold a full-time B.Com, BBA, or BMS degree from the years 2022 or 2023.
- Academic Record: Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 60% or above (or equivalent CGPA) in Class X, XII, and Graduation.
- Highest Qualification: The course must be completed within the stipulated duration without any extended education.
- Education Gap: Candidates must declare any gaps in education, if applicable, with a maximum overall academic gap of 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof must be provided for verification.
- Backlogs: No pending backlogs are allowed at the time of selection. The course should be completed within the prescribed duration.
- Course Types: Only full-time courses are considered. Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible, provided the other courses are full-time.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 26 years of age during the TCS selection process.
- Work Experience: Applicants with up to 2 years of prior work experience are eligible to apply for the hiring process.
Test Pattern:
The assessment has a duration of 65 minutes and consists of three sections:
- Verbal Ability.
- Quantitative Aptitude.
- Logical Reasoning Ability.
