Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality service by upholding quality standards, analyzing and resolving client issues, and suggesting system enhancements.
- Set objectives, identify and assess trends and alternatives, select a course of action, and evaluate results.
- Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity benchmarks.
- Achieve staff results through effective communication of job expectations, planning, monitoring, and performance appraisal.
- Ensure compliance and generate control reports.
- Produce statutory reports as per country requirements.
- Actively participate in internal/external audits for audit management.
- Handle escalations effectively.
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- Fresh graduate
- Proficiency in low-complexity clerical processing
- Basic process knowledge
- Fundamental technical skills
- Ability to meet predefined quality standards within strict timelines
- Minimal to no direct client interaction
- Capable of following instructions, scripts, and process flows
- Excellent understanding of the Insurance Industry (for experienced candidates)
- Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel
- Competence in project management
- Familiarity with quality management
- Driven to achieve results
- Promotes teamwork
- Provides constructive feedback
- Neutral voice and accent with call management proficiency
- Knowledge of the UK Saving and Retirement Industry
- Proficiency in process knowledge
